CIA Professor Mauro Sessarego, born and raised in Italy, opened his gelateria in April 2013 to make gelato like he used to do at home on the
Riviera in Genova.
Their gelatos are made using local ingredients such as Hudson Valley Fresh milk, seasonal fruits from local farms, and even local goat cheese
Only traditional Italian recipes are used to ensure the most authentic and delicious product possible.
Their product is gluten free, low sugar, low fat (no cream) and has no eggs, preservatives, stabilizers or chemical products.
