served over angel hair pasta, roasted ash, grain mustard orange sauce

“From our hands” potato gnocchi
potato dumpling pasta tossed with a roasted garlic mascarpone cream sauce with a touch of marinara sauce

Pork Milanaise
fried pork cutlet, israeli cous cous, spinach gorgonzola cheese sauce
